I've just installed my cable modem and it does't work
If you are installing a cable modem ensure you follow the manufacturers instructions step by step. Installed the device before using the installation disk - if this is not what the instructions say, can cause the device to not work correctly. To reinstall the cable modem, ensure that you remove the USB device from device manager and start again following the instructions.

My router has stopped working
Occationally due to the software on certain routers, they can stop working. First try rebooting the router (you may need to remove the power cable and count to 10 then replace the power cable) If this doesn't resolve your issue, it's usually because the router have lost its settings. Ensure you always keep somewhere safe the setup information we emailed you when you were provided with ADSL and use this information to reconfigure your ADSL router.

What are my router settings?
The majority of settings on your router should be set to the default settings shown below. For your username and password, please contact us via email or telephone.
Encapsulation: PPPoA
Multiplexing: VC Based
VPI: 0
VCI: 38
